Kultur-Bistro mit internationalem Flair. Biederthal. Ins alte Gemäuer des Gasthauses «Au Soleil» zieht neues Leben ein

Das Ehepaar Maluvi Martin-Käsbeck und Toni Käsbeck öffnet sein Bistro jeweils am letzten Wochenende des Monats. Viel helles Holz, Vasen mit gelben Osterglocken, Landschaftsbilder des Sundgaus  an den Wänden. Das «Au Soleil»

“…it is literally a stones throw over the border…... To get there you simply take the number 10 tram. From the very last stop in Rodersdorf and hop over the border into Biederthal.    The bistro “Au Soleil “ is run by an American lady, called Maluvi and her staff and it’s only open for the last weekend of each month, but it’s a very fun place to go. It’s full of French and Swiss and everybody else and there are plenty of English speakers there, too. The food at the Au Soleil bistro is simple, delicious, snack, tapas style and the cheese  is locally made. And it is truly excellent.  The bar is also very well staffed and plenty of choice and the atmosphere is really….All language are spoken there, so don’t be shy.
